Beautiful ladies pocket watch by Elgin has white dial with second hands sub dial. It is engraved on back "From brother William to Annie/December 25, 1896".  The 14kt yellow gold case has a rose gold raised design on both sides with a small diamond on one side. Currently not working; includes gold filled short chain.
