An antique porcelain vase has a painted floral romantic scene with gilded winged animal head handles (one handle is chipped in two spots) and stands on gilt porcelain feet. It is marked Royal Bonn/Franz Anton Mehlem on bottom (hallmark is circa 1890-1920). This factory was known for its superior wares. It is signed F. Decken under one handle. Vase measures approx. 12"W x 17.5"H.
