Mahogany butlers desk owned by India Knight, Poplar Hill, Farmville, VA. This butlers desk has satinwood inlay and two faux drawers which `open to reveal a fitted interior and felt writing surface. The desk stands on shortened turned beehive feet. Alligatoring to surface and top banding missing in areas on sides. Old shipping label on back reads Knight secretary, Moser-Royster Furniture, Lynchburg, VA. Desk measures 41"H x 19.5"D x 42.5"W. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.
